Williams & Company, P.C., and has been in public accounting since 1985, with experience in all aspects of accounting and taxation. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). Larry is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Michigan Association CPAs, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. |

Tracy has a BBA degree - major in accounting, minor in political science from Memphis State University. She is certified as a CPA by the Oklahoma Accountancy Board. Her public accounting experience includes individual tax, small business accounting and tax, partnership taxation, non-profits, audits and write-up work. |

Jim has a B.A. degree from Michigan State University with a major in accounting. He is a member of the AICPA - American Institute of CPAs, and the MACPA - Michigan Association of CPAs. Jim's public accounting experience includes auditing, review, compilation, and taxation services. He has an extensive background as a Chief Financial Officer, and controller, for a group of companies in the hospitality and gaming industry, as well as a heat treating company serving the automotive industry. |
